While most of the people knows the story of Little Red Riding Hood, only several people knows the true meaning of this tale. Originally, this tale was told by mothers to their daughters when they have reached puberty. The red hood represented the blood of the menstruation and the bad wolf represented men. The purpose of this story was to teach little girls to be careful of men who sometimes can be nice but what they relay want to do is to "eat" you (and you can guess what is eating).
