If we take a pair sexy stilettos pumps and extend its heels more and more - we will eventually get ballet

heels. Like ballet boots, you can't really walk with ballet pumps. The heels force the one who wears them 

to always stand on the tip of the toes witch make standing difficult and walking implausible. Nevertheless,

these shoes are sexy.

One of the things that surprise me time after time is the fact that in our world which is filled with various fetish footwear including high heel boot, thigh high boots, platform heel, stilettos, patent shoes,  leather, latex and mores - surprisingly I find the classic ballet shoes as sexy as all the other, if not more. This is more surprising if you think about the fact that while one of the key element of all sexy footwear is the high heels - ballet shoes are flat. After explaining the advantages of high heels, how come that a flat shoe can bypass the high heeled shoes?

I'm not sure that I have the answer to this question, but I have several theories:

1. Delicacy - This shoe is very thin, delicate and flexible - in many ways these elements are very feminine.

2. Juvenility -  While high heels are usually worn by mature women, ballet slippers are usually worn by much younger girls . So when a woman is wearing a ballet slipper, she seems  younger and therefore more vibrant. 

3. Lack of effort - one of the elusive sexy element is to be look attractive without any effort. When a woman in wearing high heels, she certainly has invested some effort in her appearance, while a woman who is wearing flat shoes that invested less effort in looks.

4. The ballet itself - naturally, ballet shoes remind me of the ballet itself, and as I wrote before, there are many sexy elements in ballet.

Mary Jane was a popular comics character from 1902 - Buster Brown. In 1904 the creator, Richard Outcault sold to more than two hundred companies the right to use the cartoon character for advertising. One of the companies, "Brown Shoes Company" establish to make a connection between the comics character's name - Mary Jane, and the shoes she was wearing that comic.

The shoes were simple pumps with a strap around the ankle. Some people call these shoes "doll shoes" or "ballerina shoes" but the strap around the ankle is an integral part of the shoes. "Character shoes" are also a type of Mary Jane Shoes.

It's Interesting to note that the main character, Buster Brown, was wearing the same shoes. Surprising as it sounds, in 1902 the Mary Jane shoes wasn't considered feminine.  

Today there are several versions of Mary Jane shoes: They come in a variety of colors and heels. All Mary Jane shoes have two great advantages: first - they are very feminine. and second - the strap around the ankle helps to conceal it.

I personally have a huge fetish for Mary Jane shoes. These shoes seems innocent, feminine and sexy. Especially when a girl wears them with tights. And if tights are white - it's the best!

I never really liked ballet, but when it comes to fetish - ballet is an endless source of it.

From where to start?

Tights/ Pantyhose - one of the basic ballet items. Usually come in bright colors like pink or white which empower the effect.

Ballet shoes - very feminine shoes that sometimes come with a ribbon that ties up around the ankle. Usually comes in pink.  

Leg warmers - A fashion item associated with the dance world in general and in particular with the ballet world.

Leotard - One of the sexiest clothing item that clings to the breasts and ass, and highlights the lambs.

Toto skirt - fluttering chiffon skirt that gives the desired A line.

Standing on tiptoes - one of the main characteristics of the ballet world which is a very sexy position that brings the foot as a direct continuation of the leg itself.

This position considered to be so sexy that there are special fetish shoes that allow to stand only with this position.

Something to think about - while watching ballet is considered to be entertainment preferred especially by women, ballet is filled with fetish elements  that men like. Is his a coincidence, or some sort of guiding hand planed it so everyone will be satisfied?
