Na'vi Fashion

In 2009 the director James Cameron introduce the movie "Avatar" . This movie managed to do the unthinkable and break the previous peak of Cameron as the movie with the highest income of all time - a record that belonged to the movie "Titanic". Naturally, many things have been writen about the movie: it was the first film in which the new three-dimensional photography technology was introduced , it's script was very similar to the script sof "Dances with Wolves" or "Pocahontas" and more.

This time I want to focus on another aspect of the film - the fashion has grown from it. The film describes love story between an American soldier named Jake Sully and a female alien from the Na'vi tribe called Neytiri. The Na'vi tribe came from Cameron's imagination, but many elements of them are very similar to the world of native american.  Most of the movie we see Neytiri almost totally naked but sometimes she wear some kind of  local pants like in this picture.

It's difficult to define those pants. They are some surt of leggings that have a number of aesthetic holes that stretched on the leg. Following the film, you can find women here and there who wear pants like that. The resulting appearance is a very ethnic interesting and original.

One of the few positive memories I have from the terrible fashion of the eighties are a  pair of black leggings with stirrup that held it   tight to the body. It was't very fashionable, but here and there you  could see a girl wearing those pants and at that time you could say it was almost the only fetish clothing.

Today fashion has changed drastically but there is still room for those pants. If in the past there used to be a thin strip wrapped around the leg, today the pants comes in different patterns and designs. You can find many versions of leggings and tights with stirrup. Body painting

Until now, this blog focused in a variety of clothing-related fetishes. Today I want to write about a different fetish - a fetish for body painting. Body painting is an art in which the person's body is being painted, but as opposed to tattoos - the colors are temporary. With a combination of creativity and daring this art can be very sexy.

Body painting is very reminiscent of other familiar fetishs like catsuits, shiny clothes and thing tight clothes in general, although in this case the body is completely naked and the effect is created only by color.
