Bell sleeves

Sometimes the little things can make a lot of difference. This this I want to talk about bell sleeves. Bell sleeves are long sleeves that are tight up to the elbows and from there become wider.  The effect is reminiscent of a bell in its shape. The bell sleeves give a very romantic look.
