In many sexy pictures, the woman is crawling. The fact that the woman is crawling is adds an interesting sexy element to the pictures. What's so sexy about this crawling? Maybe it gives the woman an animal association, maybe it gives her a childish association but I think that the most accurate explanation for this is just that it adds an humiliating element.
