The Japanese fetish - Kigurumi

Previously I have mentioned the Japanese  Zentai fetish. Today I want to talk about another Japanese fetish  that has several elements that are very similar  to the Zentai: the kigurumi. Kigurumi is  a costume of a  Japanese anime cartoon image. The name "Kigurumi" comes from the connection  of the Japanese words:  "Kiru" (meaning "to wear") and "nuigurumi "(meaning" stuffed doll ").

What distinguishes the Kigurumi costume is the fact that like in the case of Zentai, here too the costume covers the entire body - including the hands, the face and even the eyes. If any part of true body exposed - it's not a real Kigurumi. Do not worry - like Zentai, here too the costumes allow passage of air and also to see through it
As in the case of the Zentai, The Kigurumi also seems very threatening at first sight. We're used to see people wearing different clothes everyday life, but once a person is wearing a mask and we don't see his face, it seems unusual and a little scary.

After you get used to the idea, you can see what can be attractive  with Kigurumi: the person who wears the costume complitly change his appearce which allows him (and his partner) to be freer and overcome all kinds of barriers. But apparently there's even something beyond this. I think part of the Kigurumi essence is the fact that the person who wears the costume  becomes inhuman and there are people who can actually connect more to the lack of humanity.

Either way, this is certainly an interesting phenomenon which is very common in Japan.
Here are some examples:
